Looking for a home in the Lehigh Valley Area? Wes is your man! My husband and I recently bought our first home. It took about 3 months to find this home and Wes was always there as we CONSTANTLY were sending him listings we wanted to see. He was very patient, responsive, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. From day one, he helped to educate us in every way possible. In the end, Wes was the one who found the house of our dreams! Many people we know, told us to expect your realtor to fall off the face of the earth once an offer is accepted. Not Wes! Wes is the guy you want on your side whether you are renting, buying or selling your home! I moved to PA 5 years ago and first worked with him to set up a rental which was great because he was very E-Savvy and I was in a different state and needed that E-Communication. He dilligently lined up potential places and I believe I made 2 weekend trips to PA and rented a place. I then decided to stay in PA and buy and trusted his abilities again. He didn't disappoint and found me a great place! Needing to move quickly as my rental was due up, we closed on the place in 15 days! Finally today (5 years since buying that great place) he sold my PA home as I moved again out of state. My company had wanted to give me their recommended realtors and after my frustrations with their lack of work ethic and wanting to list my home at 50-75K less than what it was worth for a quick sale - I fired them and called again upon Wes' skills. He assured me he could get me what I thought it was worth and he did not disappoint. He worked with me to manage my expectations, the buyer's realtor and quarterbacked the whole process and got me the best deal. Despite the first deal falling through, he got me a better second deal! Wes using his E-skills went above and beyond - and brought in drone and video walk-through to market and sell the home. Additionally, since I was selling the PA home and was not there (moved to OR) - he managed all the repairs offering up plenty of inexpensive contractors who did a great job! I had a million of other things to deal with in this move and hiring Wes as my realtor should have been one of the more critical ones but it was easy due to my past buying experiences with him, using him to sell my home took one of my major worries off the table and allowed me to focus on the move. I knew he had my back and would fight for me and allow me to focus on other things. I can gaurantee you'll get one of the best if you hire Wes, period. It is one less decision to worry about.

Weston was very professional and also very personable. I was tasked with selling a loved ones house. He worked with me by giving me advice on how to clear out and get my property sold in a timely matter. He also got the buyer to meet all of the selling conditions.
